A company that writes down what it cannot do, before it writes down what it will

This is not a marketing style. It is the difference between a client who comes back and a client who feels they were misled in a single visit.

How we work

Every service has its own written protocol and its own number of visits — not one spray for everything. The technician starts with an inspection that identifies the species, and the protocol, the method of application and the number of visits follow from it.

The products we use are registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and approved for residential use, and they are odourless — which is why the work is done with you and your family at home as normal. After the visit you receive a written report of the steps carried out.

Arrival inside Greater Cairo averages 60 minutes if the request comes in early, and every other governorate is by an appointment agreed in advance. Working hours: Daily 9am to 11pm — emergencies 24 hours.

Four things we say that a client might never ask about

Each one is written on its own service page before you pay, not after you complain.

  • Cockroaches

If the whole building has cockroaches coming from the drains, treating your flat alone will cut the problem by around 80% but will not end it. A full solution needs an agreement with the building owners.

  • Ticks

The animal must be treated by a vet at the same time. If that is not going to happen, the treatment will simply keep repeating and we will not recommend it.

  • Fleas

Daily vacuuming for two weeks is not optional — the vibration of the machine is what makes the pupae hatch so the product can reach them. If that is not going to happen, the result will be incomplete.

  • Woodworm and termites

Wood that has reached the point of being hollow does not come back. Treatment stops the spread — but the damaged piece needs replacing.
